DoorDash connects customers with local and national restaurants for on-demand food delivery, primarily in the United States, Canada, and Australia. The platform allows users to browse menus and place orders, which are then delivered by drivers known as "Dashers." DoorDash stands out by utilizing technology to create a three-sided marketplace that benefits customers, restaurants, and Dashers, generating revenue through commission and delivery fees. The company's goal is to be a leading player in the food delivery market while enhancing the user experience.
