  • Currently pursuing a J.D. at an ABA-accredited law school in the greater NYC area or other location that allows you to work from EnergyHub's Brooklyn offices at least three days per week during the Summer of 2024
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills, and a demonstrated attention to detail
  • Desire to use legal skills to support green technology and advance a clean energy future
  • Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Spreadsheets on basic daily tasks
Responsibilities
  • Familiarize with current contract templates and fundamental negotiating points
  • Perform a comprehensive review of existing contracts, analyze and summarize key terms
  • Organize existing internal resources and develop additional resources to fill gaps
  • Join Corporate Counsel in active contract negotiations to gain an understanding of key terms for clients and partners
  • Contribute to team culture and inclusive workplace environment
