Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and limited weekends.

Responsibilities
Ensure all work is performed according to safety standards with a focus on quality customer service.
Perform pre-trip and pre-operation inspections to ensure optimal performance and safety.
Transfer loads to jobsites.
Read and interpret load charts, blueprints, and lifting plans to determine appropriate lifting methods and procedures.
Communicate with ground crew, signal persons, and other team members to coordinate lifting and placement tasks.
Operate the crane to lift, maneuver, and place materials and equipment in designated locations.
Troubleshoot and address crane equipment issues or malfunctions promptly, reporting any issues immediately.
Maintain detailed records of crane operations, including load weights, lifting times, and maintenance activities.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Anticipated Hiring Range: $30 - $38 per hour with guaranteed hours, including overtime.
