At SharkNinja, We are currently seeking an experienced National Account Manager (NAM) with a proven track record in the Retail Industry to join our team. As the NAM of Target, you will play a pivotal role in influencing how our brands come to life with one of our most strategic partners. The NAM of Target will be the key stakeholder from Sales to display/trade marketing, traditional marketing, finance and product development teams. The NAM will also be the face of SharkNinja externally, acting as a voice of what is best for expanding our presence in-store and online working with the merchants and planning team from Target.

This individual will have autonomy to drive SharkNinja’s business at Target and be the visionary for setting category growth targets that deliver outsize market share wins. This individual will also have true P&L responsibility managing their own gross to net profitability within the Ninja brand at Target.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets for your account responsibility within Ninja and ensuring alignment with corporate business objectives.
Serve as the primary point of contact for Target, establishing and nurturing strong relationships to drive sales growth and increase market share.
Conduct regular business reviews with customers to analyze performance, identify growth opportunities, and develop tailored strategies to drive business expansion.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of account plans and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Skillfully negotiate pricing, terms, and promotions to optimize revenue generation while fostering mutually beneficial partnerships with retailers.
Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and generate comprehensive reports to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and inform strategic decision-making.
Collaborate with demand planning and supply chain teams to optimize the flow of goods, ensuring accurate forecasting and efficient inventory management and timely order fulfillment.

Requirements/Qualifications:

BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience
8+ years of national account sales management or equivalent experience working directly with a retailer in a buying or merchandising function and owning a P&L.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, being able to build and interpret data sets
Experience with assortment building – the ability to understand past performance, assess new product being developed, and build a narrative for internal and external partners to drive revenue growth
Clearly demonstrated ability to communicate for impact and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and PowerPoint.
Ability to travel up to 10%
