About the Job

Requirements

  • Have 3 to 5+ years of project management experience in a technology environment.
  • Be comfortable with technical conversations and have enough fluency to follow discussions, without performing the technical work.
  • Be able to manage multiple projects in parallel without dropping details.
  • Be proficient with project management tools such as Microsoft Project and Smartsheet.
  • Be able to stay steady under pressure on high-visibility work.
  • Be flexible and quick to adapt when priorities change.
  • Be detail oriented and organized, with a steady hand on the small things that keep big projects on track.
  • Be skilled at explaining technical topics in plain language.
  • Be willing to take ownership of a project and ask for input when appropriate.
  • Be willing to speak up and share reasoning clearly and respectfully, including when disagreeing with a decision, and remain engaged when leaders choose another direction.
  • Be able to earn trust through follow-through.
  • Be able to bring people through change with empathy and clarity.
  • Be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Responsibilities

  • Get oriented quickly on active projects, workstream owners, and stakeholders so delivery can be driven without slowing teams already in motion.
  • Build and maintain detailed project plans with clear owners, milestones, and dependencies, keeping them current as priorities shift so everyone works from the same picture.
  • Run the operating cadence by tracking status, leading working sessions, surfacing risks and blockers early, and driving decisions to closure before they stall the work.
  • Own delivery on technically complex work, including Enterprise Resource Planning migrations, Human Resources Information System migrations, Active Directory migrations, systems consolidation, and data and platform migrations.
  • Translate between technical teams and business partners so tradeoffs are clear and handoffs do not stall.
  • Give leadership honest, timely updates, including when a project is behind or at risk, so decisions are made with the full picture.
  • Deliver clear, executive-ready materials for steering committee and leadership reviews that reduce the burden on leaders.

Desired Qualifications

  • PMP certification is preferred, and an Agile certification is a plus.
  • Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning, Human Resources Information System, or identity and directory migrations.
  • Healthcare or health technology experience.
  • Experience supporting mergers or integrations.
  • Comfort with complexity, interdependencies, and incomplete information.

About the Company

Diverge Health

In-home health coaching for Medicaid

Diverge Health provides in-home, personalized support for patients by deploying trained community health teams to work with primary care practices. It partners with risk-bearing practices to extend care beyond the clinic, focusing on Medicaid patients and addressing social determinants of health. The company recruits, trains, and deploys health coaches and provides the coordination infrastructure needed to manage patient populations across several states. Unlike purely software-driven platforms, Diverge Health emphasizes hands-on care delivery and care coordination to improve outcomes and lower costs for its partner providers. The overarching goal is to help primary care practices improve patient health, reduce expenses, and advance health equity.
