- Own the new-hire onboarding experience, including coordinating pre-hire activities and requirements, completing onboarding events in Paylocity, preparing for new-hire orientation, and facilitating new-hire orientation.
- Assist with planning and coordinating company culture events.
- Oversee and develop recognition and employee-engagement programs.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and senior leaders on Human Resources matters.
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, including performance, discipline, and conflict-resolution issues.
- Administer and manage employee leave-of-absence programs, including Family and Medical Leave Act leave, Americans with Disabilities Act leave, personal leave, and other company-approved leave policies.
- Maintain up-to-date information in the company’s Human Resources Information Systems.
- Create and maintain employee files in accordance with company policy and applicable regulations.
- Assist with developing and facilitating relevant training programs.
- Recommend new ideas, policies, and other improvements to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with department leadership on initiatives and strategies.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information appropriately.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
