Businessolver named the highest-ranked benefits administration provider in Sapient Insights Group's 2026-27 HR Systems Survey.

Businessolver named the highest-ranked benefits administration provider in Sapient Insights Group's 2026-27 HR Systems Survey. Oct 22, 2026, 08:02 ET Capturing the No. 1 position for enterprise benefits solutions, Businessolver ranked the highest for user experience and vendor satisfaction measures. DENVER, Oct. 22, 2026 /PRNewswire/ - Businessolver, a provider of SaaS-based benefits administration technology, today was named a top performer in benefits administration in Sapient Insights Group's 2026-27 HR Systems Survey, the longest-running and only non-sponsored study of the HR technology landscape. The recognition comes from the people who use the platform every day - HR practitioners rating the systems their organizations use to support employees. Now in its 29th year, the survey covers 10,050 HR professionals at 6,038 organizations, rating 2,124 solutions across 23 segments. Sapient's methodology rests on two questions every HR technology buyer eventually asks: does the system work well for our people, and is the vendor a good partner? Practitioners score each system on user experience - how well it works for IT, HR, managers and employees alike, and on vendor satisfaction, covering service levels, communication and roadmap fit, then let users explain their scores in their own words. "Being recognized by the practitioners who use our technology every day is both humbling and energizing," said Rae Shanahan, Chief Strategy Officer at Businessolver. "This recognition reflects the impact of our client partnerships and validates our commitment to helping organizations simplify complexity, better support their employees, and deliver meaningful outcomes. There is no greater measure of success than knowing we're making a difference for the people we serve. For Businessolver, the ranking lands alongside a broader push to move benefits administration from reactive to anticipatory - pairing its Sofia intelligence layer with proactive guidance that reaches employees before a missed deadline or a denied claim becomes a crisis. A recognition built on user experience and vendor satisfaction, rather than feature checklists, is direct evidence that the approach is working. Earning the top ranking in this year's HR Systems Survey also validates Businessolver's focus on client satisfaction - NPS is 83 among benefits administration leaders and practitioners using its solutions, and employees at those companies accessing their benefits through Businessolver's solutions rate it 71. A typical B2B HR software score ranges from 30-38. "Businessolver's performance reflects strong marks from the practitioners who leverage the platform to deliver their benefit programs," said Stacey Harris, Chief Research Officer at Sapient Insights Group. "Ranking highly across both user experience and vendor satisfaction demonstrates the importance of delivering technology that works well for people while also providing the service and partnership organizations expect from their benefits administration provider." The distinction also arrives as HR leaders face growing pressure to prove that their technology investments reduce service burden, not just add features or mention AI in marketing language. Practitioner-sourced rankings like Sapient's carry particular weight with buyers for that reason - the data comes from people with nothing to gain by inflating a score. About Businessolver Since 1998, Businessolver has delivered market-changing benefits technology that empowers empathetic service supported by an intrinsic responsiveness to client needs. The company creates client programs that maximize benefits program investment, minimize risk exposure, and engage employees with easy-to-use solutions and communication tools to assist them in making wise and cost-efficient benefits selections. Founded by HR professionals, Businessolver's unwavering service-oriented culture and secure SaaS platform provide measurable success in its mission to provide complete client delight. Businessolver named a Leader in ISG Provider Lens(R) 2026 for the third consecutive year.

Businessolver named a Leader in ISG Provider Lens(R) 2026 for the third consecutive year. Oct 12, 2026, 10:03 ET Businessolver's innovative approach with "anticipatory benefits," agentic AI, and human support pays off, landing the benefit administration provider in the top quadrant of the prestigious analyst report. DENVER, Oct. 12, 2026 /PRNewswire/ - Businessolver today announced that it has been named a Leader in the "ISG Provider Lens(R) H&W Benefits Administration Services 2026" report for the third consecutive year. ISG's evaluation reinforces Businessolver's market-leading approach to benefits administration, which anticipates needs rather than waiting to react, and positions the company higher than any competitor. The ISG study evaluates providers offering health and welfare benefits administration through consult-to-operate models for midsize and large U.S. enterprises, assessing capabilities across enrollment and eligibility management, claims and billing administration, compliance and reporting, and employee experience and decision support. ISG rated Businessolver highest on both axes: portfolio attractiveness and competitive strength. "Businessolver stood out as a leader among leaders this year for shifting from personalization to anticipatory intelligence - identifying employee needs and acting before they ask, a genuine differentiator," said Gaurang Pagdi, ISG industry analyst and author of the Provider Lens report. "That shift is credible because it isn't a bolt-on: Sofia reflects years of AI investment now extending into employee experience, service operations, and implementation - which moved Businessolver up on both axes this year." ISG credits the placement to Businessolver's unified, single-source Benefitsolver(R) platform and Sofia, the company's AI layer, which the report's author says "supports participant, administrator and service interactions" through "technology-led administration, extensive carrier connectivity and AI-enabled engagement to deliver scalable benefits experiences." "Three consecutive years in the Leader quadrant feels like validation of our investment in AI and a new approach to benefits administration that anticipates members' needs before they even raise their hands," said Jon Shanahan, CEO of Businessolver. "We believe anticipatory benefits is the future of outsourced benefits administration technology and support." Among Businessolver's strengths beyond anticipatory benefits that ISG cited in its report: Unified platform architecture - a single-source Benefitsolver(R) platform unifying enrollment, eligibility, ACA and COBRA administration, consumer accounts, billing, reporting, and service operations, which ISG says, "promotes data consistency, reduces fragmentation and supports scalable benefits administration." Embedded AI innovation - Sofia, described by ISG as an "AI-powered intelligence layer" that "supports agentic workflows, anticipatory engagement, onboarding automation and service center assistance, helping improve efficiency and benefits engagement." Strong client outcomes - ISG notes Businessolver supports "more than 19.5 million members across over 850 clients" with a "97 percent client retention rate." Extensive integration ecosystem - ISG points to Businessolver's "Universal Data Gateway and API-driven connectivity" helping clients "streamline benefits operations and support broader HR technology strategies." "A life moment shouldn't become harder because an employee doesn't know what question to ask or where to turn," said Rae Shanahan, Chief Strategy Officer at Businessolver. "Sofia helps employers recognize those moments earlier and deliver relevant support before uncertainty becomes a barrier. ISG's recognition of our anticipatory approach validates what we believe benefits administration should do: create confidence when it matters and drive better outcomes for employees and employers."
