- Comply with IKEA’s Code of Conduct, internal regulations, and local health, safety, and security laws; ensure health and safety principles are understood and followed in merchandise-flow processes.
- Work toward agreement on the logistics action plan, ensure relevant actions are implemented and followed, and provide input and feedback for the next year’s logistics plan.
- Ensure efficient daily merchandise-flow operations—including product quality, replenishment, order preparation, and stock accuracy—to provide an excellent customer experience.
- Reduce environmental impact and contribute to long-term sustainable profitability.
- Collaborate across functions and support colleagues in other warehouse areas when needed.
