Requirements
  • Deep understanding of player lifecycle, journey building and personalization
  • Obsessed with positive player experiences, content/copy, and accuracy across all player touch points
  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented, able to simultaneously manage multiple projects end-to-end to meet objectives and deadlines with meticulous attention to detail
  • Proven ability to translate data and player insights into successful engagement strategies
  • Ability to interpret, articulate, and present campaign analytics to various stakeholders
  • Flexible and willing to perform other tasks as assigned
  • Experience working with 3rd Party agencies/partners
  • Knowledge of the latest platforms and technologies and desire to identify opportunities for strategic brand involvement
  • Enjoy creative thinking and are happy to collaborate within a team and across an organization
  • A willingness to roll up your sleeves and get things done
  • 3-5 years of experience in developing and executing end-to-end live service marketing campaigns, including paid media, social, email, push notifications, and in-app/game messaging
  • Passion for content creation, planning, and delivery
  • Experience with paid media campaigns and measurement
  • Mobile games marketing experience a plus
  • Love of sports and video gaming. Knowledge of WWE, NBA, the PGA and its athletes will be key to developing creating content relevant to our community
  • A bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Media
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with teams across the 2K publishing organization including Marketing, Commercial, Creative, Demand-Generation and Social to ensure that content is communicated and shared in a timely fashion
  • Develop marketing briefs that can be used to create content for our owned, paid, and earned marketing channels
  • Review, provide feedback and approve creative to support campaigns driving engagement across key game modes
  • Utilize learnings to inform and support the creative approach to reach KPIs across platforms and campaigns
  • Maintain a content marketing calendar for marketing channels to ensure updates are effectively communicated and all cross-functional teams have visibility into upcoming campaigns
  • Review organic and paid campaign performances and make asset optimization recommendations
  • Work closely with international teams, ensuring they are on board with global plans
  • Research and analyze best practices for Live Services Marketing across competitors, including playing games (console, mobile, pc, etc) and identifying ways the games communicate with it's players and how this ties to the out-of-game marketing experience
  • Bring new and big ideas to the table, as well as collaboratively build on others' concepts to deliver game engagement and build passion for our games
