About the Company

Premier Care Dental Management

Manages and supports multi-specialty dental practices

Premier Care Dental Management is a dentist-led dental service organization that provides management and support to dental practices. It partners with general, specialty, and boutique offices on fee-for-service or PPO models, primarily in the Northeastern United States, and oversees more than 115 practices across six states, including Dental365, Leading Edge Oral Surgery, and Beacon Dental Health. It operates by giving partner practices operational support—administration, systems, and practice-management services—so dentists can focus on patient care within a fee-for-service or PPO structure. It differentiates itself through a dentist-led leadership model combined with a large multi-state network that covers general, pediatric, orthodontic, and specialty offices, enabling scale and shared services for independent or smaller practices. Its goal is to help partner practices run more efficiently, expand access to care, and grow the network while maintaining high standards of patient care.
