  • Ability to travel between campuses for meetings or position responsibilities.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
Responsibilities
  • Provide ongoing, individualized student support services to help program participants persist and complete their education and training goals.
  • Assist with participants’ intake process and work with program staff to support participant access to programming and academic success.
  • Determine individual supports needed and provide resource referrals.
  • Assist with collecting quantitative and qualitative data for grant reporting.
  • Provide continuous participant support to assist with retention efforts.
  • Collaborate with other departments and services to understand processes, systems, and services and resolve student issues.
  • Represent the department at assigned community events.
  • Work with Re-Entry Coaches, the Re-Entry Director, faculty, and other College staff to assess student progress, implement interventions, and track program outcomes.
  • Participate in department meetings, advisory committee meetings, re-entry fairs, completion ceremonies, and student appreciation events.
  • Attend work, activities, and functions consistently and dependably as scheduled or assigned.
