- Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Pass the state-required FBI and BCI background check and a comprehensive criminal-history background check.
- Be at least 21 years old.
- Have reliable transportation.
- Lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods on a concrete floor.
- Follow specific rules and procedures without deviation.
- Have a valid, current driver's license, pass a motor vehicle record check, and maintain a good driving record.
- Sit for long periods and get in and out of an automobile several times a day.
- Be proficient in basic computer skills.
- Have a steady employment history.
- Navigate using maps and GPS.
- Assist in packaging, labeling, and delivering cannabis products.
- Cross-train and provide coverage in processing departments as business needs require.
- Travel locally within Ohio in a company-provided delivery truck.
- Safely, securely, and lawfully produce and transport cannabis products to dispensaries while adhering to state law, protocols, and controls.
- Work alongside an assistant to provide security for staff and products while transporting them from the processing facility to off-site locations.
- Provide backup for other departments as needed.
- Assist with packaging deliveries and checking them against order forms.
- Ensure compliance and accuracy in product tracking, security, and delivery.
- Project a positive image of the organization to employees, customers, industry, and community.
- Support the company's culture, values, purpose, goals, and objectives.
- Weekend work may be required on rare occasions.
