Requirements
  • 5+ years of working experience with data, data visualization, and dashboarding tools
  • Experience with marketing tools and data, including marketing attribution models, customer segmentation, and funnel analysis
  • Expertise in SQL and willingness to write modeling code in DBT
  • Experience working with Looker or similar data visualization tools
  • Strong user empathy and exceptional communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage priorities and dependencies in alignment with cross-functional impact
  • Passion for navigating ambiguous problem areas and learning new approaches
Responsibilities
  • Develop the vision and roadmap for a revised data infrastructure for the Marketing team
  • Collaborate with the core BI and data engineering teams to implement the revised data infrastructure design
  • Build full-funnel analytics across channels and self-serve dashboards for the Marketing team
  • Monitor and manage the integrity of the data within the tools built to ensure data accuracy
  • Develop a deep understanding of how marketing campaigns drive company goals and KPIs
  • Prioritize inbound requests using business context and collaboration with stakeholders
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience working with a cloud-based data warehouse to access data (Snowflake, Redshift, Big Table, etc)
  • Ability to find workarounds for limitations in data to provide stakeholders with needed answers
