Requirements
  • Be a member in good standing of the Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers du Québec (OIIQ).
  • Complete a two-day orientation block before the official start of the assignment.
  • Be available for day, evening, and night shifts, and for weekends as needed.
  • Be available to start officially on November 20, 2026.
Responsibilities
  • Assess residents’ health and determine their nursing care plans.
  • Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
  • Maintain rigorous clinical records and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.
  • Provide preventive, curative, or health-maintenance care while respecting the autonomy of older adults and residents.
  • Support and supervise the care team, including auxiliary nurses and beneficiary attendants.
