Requirements
  • Highly organized & proactive, adept at balancing multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline driven environment

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with Marketing Project Managers to support successful marketing programs from start to finish
  • Tracking approvals and proactively monitoring progress to achieve deadlines
  • Receive and review incoming marketing requests with appropriate stakeholders in advance of briefing into Creative
  • Entering programs into Asana
  • Taking outstanding notes with clear action items and making timelines visible
  • Understand marketing initiatives holistically, going beyond just timelines and deliverables to enable connections across teams, functions and departments
  • Ensuring marketing briefs are prepared prior to delivery to Creative
  • Work with NPL Project Management team and Creative to ensure products are available for shoots on schedule
  • Schedule check-in meetings to ensure project success
  • Create intake forms and surveys as needed
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure that time is allocated for reviews, feedback, and ultimate approvals
