Responsibilities
Oversee the entire legal production line, ensuring cases move smoothly through every stage of the process.
Identify and resolve bottlenecks, taking swift action to keep workflow stable and backlog-free.

Set and track operational metrics and key performance indicators, adjusting processes based on results.
Collaborate with departments including Onboarding, Review, Verification, Paralegals, and Attorneys to ensure consistency and efficiency across the operation.
Propose and implement process improvements that strengthen the operation over the medium and long term.
