An Idaho Physical Therapist Assistant license is required.
Current cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) certification is required.

Requirements
Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent. Physical therapist Assistant Idaho license required, have current CPR certification. Must exhibit professionalism, excellent customer service.
