Constellation Brands secures $300M delayed draw term loan for corporate flexibility

Constellation Brands has entered into a new term loan credit agreement worth up to $300 million with Manufacturers and Traders Trust Company and other lenders. The delayed draw facility, established on 18 September 2026, will be used for general corporate purposes, including potential debt repayment.
