Requirements

At least 8–14 years of relevant work experience as an Oracle Solution Architect.
Knowledge of central or local government, including experience with the GVKA/BLS system.
Experience with business processes such as Finance, Procurement, and Projects.
Excellent knowledge of Oracle Cloud SaaS ERP Finance, Procurement and Projects; EPM; and OIC.
Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and strong people-management capabilities.
Experience with Oracle SaaS and PaaS solutions.
Excellent command of the Dutch language.

Responsibilities

Conduct pre-sales conversations and contribute to tender processes.
Lead a multidisciplinary team with attention to cultural diversity and development.
Demonstrate understanding of central-government IT strategies and translate them into Oracle Cloud-based strategies.
Act as a role model within the department and in the market.
Analyze business processes and translate them into Oracle SaaS/PaaS solutions.
Develop and conduct a feasibility study to support successful implementation.
Develop a roadmap for transitioning from on-premises systems to Oracle Cloud.
Assess the impact of Oracle Cloud AI applications on public organizations' operations.
Advise on, guide, and implement Oracle Cloud solutions for public-sector clients.
Support complex transformations in public organizations' operations and translate technology trends into Oracle solutions.

opstellen van een roadmap voor de transitie van ‘on premise’ naar Oracle Cloud;
opstellen van impactanalyse van Oracle Cloud AI toepassingen op de bedrijfsvoering van publieke organisaties.

minimaal 8-14 jaar relevante werkervaring als Oracle Solution Architect;
kennis van de rijksoverheid of lokale overheid inclusief ervaring met het GVKA / BLS stelsel;
ervaring met bedrijfsprocessen zoals Finance/Inkoop/Projecten;
uitstekende kennis op het gebied van Oracle Cloud SaaS ERP Finance, Inkoop en Projecten; EPM, en OIC;
vaardigheden om multidisciplinaire teams aan te sturen en uitstekende capaciteiten op het gebied van people management;
ervaring met Oracle SaaS en PaaS oplossingen;
zin om mee te bouwen aan een groeiende praktijk en hier een leidende rol in te spelen;
een uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal.

Als Senior Manager binnen het Oracle team werk je samen met collega’s aan een grote diversiteit aan projecten voor ministeries, uitvoeringsorganisaties en andere overheidsinstellingen. Je fungeert hierbij als Solution Architect op het gebied van Oracle Cloud SaaS/PaaS oplossingen (bijv: ERP, EPM, HCM i.c.m. met OIC) en ondersteunt de complexe transformaties binnen de bedrijfsvoering van publieke organisaties. Hierbij breng je jouw ervaring mee in het adviseren, begeleiden en implementeren van Oracle Cloud. Je brengt een fris en scherp perspectief op technologie consultancy in de breedte en je weet de trends en ontwikkelingen om te zetten in tastbare en impactvolle Oracle oplossingen bij onze publieke sector klanten.
