Requirements
  • Understand ISO 9001 Quality Management System and ISO 27001 Information Security Management System.
  • Operate basic computer applications, including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Operate applications related to the Simas Jiwa system, such as Lions, Report Manager, and Siji Force.
  • Have or build a network with relevant parties, especially those connected to the insurance industry.
  • Perform administration and documentation.
  • Understand basic insurance and statistics.
Responsibilities
  • Analyze product and marketing activities in the industry.
  • Analyze competitor activities beyond products and marketing in the industry.
  • Conduct market surveys on products, marketing, and other topics to obtain insights.
  • Analyze industry trends, consumer behavior, and marketing strategies.
  • Conduct financial analyses of competitors and the industry at national and global levels.
