Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of indirect auto subprime lending experience
  • Knowledge of applicable state and federal lending regulations
  • Ability to work in a high-volume environment handling multiple tasks at one time
  • Ability to handle confidential data in an ethical and professional manner
  • Strong decision and problem-solving abilities
  • Highly self-motivated and goal oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • PC/Windows, Microsoft Word, PDF editing and Excel knowledge preferred
Responsibilities
  • Ensure all documents have been properly submitted and all stipulations of approval have been met
  • Review, validate, and fund indirect automotive lending files, adhering to AutoNation Finance’s established policies and procedures
  • Use analytic skills to assess accuracy of verifications, calculations, and data
  • Contact Dealers and/or customers regularly via telephone as required
  • Communicate with Dealer Relationship Managers via email and telephone to gain their assistance in funding loans in a timely manner
  • Submit loan for funding after all stipulations have been met
  • Other duties as assigned
