Must possess a current TS/SCI or be able to obtain a Department of Defense Top Secret clearance from a previously held security clearance.
Must have 5 or more years of general experience.
Must be familiar with Earned Value Management System and earned value, with previous Cost Account Manager experience.
Good written and oral communication skills are required.
Must have a bachelor's degree.
