Requirements
- At least 2 years of previous experience working in a full-service, high-volume restaurant.
- Ability to remain on your feet and alert for an extended period.
- Ability to continuously use hands and arms and perform bending, reaching, and twisting.
- Ability to carry 35 pounds as needed.
- Ability to carry trays as needed.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Ability to work in a team setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable service to ensure every guest feels welcome and valued.
- Greet guests promptly and warmly and guide them through the menu.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the point-of-sale system.
- Serve food and drinks efficiently and in accordance with service standards.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
- Collaborate with bussers, runners, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
- Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate them when necessary.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
- Attend training sessions and team meetings as required.
