As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a vital role in sourcing, attracting, and selecting top talent to meet the high-volumestaffing needs of our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and engage with qualified candidates, assess their skills and qualifications, and guide them through the hiring process.
Performing research / searching using techniques on passive talent through social media, job boards, our ATS and external networks across multiple talent markets.
Seek innovative and creative strategies to identify candidates on Indeed, and other platforms.
Helping to identify, screen and assess talent across FOCUS.
Help set up and manage various interview processes across positions for full cycle recruitment.
Proactively create and maintain a pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Identify and attend industry specific events with recruitment team.
Assist Talent Acquisition BP/HR with other related projects as needed.
Education and/or Experience:
1-3 years recruitment experience required.
High volume recruitment experience required
Track record of building effective sourcing strategies, assessment, and closing approaches.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and some knowledge of AI recruitment strategies (Indeed, social media platforms).
Self-directed and motivated to keep up career pages, Indeed pipelines, and ensuring cohesive branding across all recruitment platforms.
Strong ability to shift focus between varying priorities and ramp up quickly.
Proven ability to cultivate strong business relationships and work within a collaborative environment.
Familiarity with Homeowners and commercial insurance is a plus, but not required.
