  • 5+ years of experience in a sales enablement, training, or similar role

  • Proficiency in Salesforce

  • Working with sales leaders and reps to improve sales processes and tools
  • Scoping needs, prioritizing requests, and translating between commercial and systems teams
  • Building and managing Salesforce reports
  • Optimizing and supporting current sales tools and expanding the sales techstack
  • Creating playbooks and fostering relationships with senior managers, managers, and reps
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams
