Requirements
  • 6+ years of relevant work experience in sales, account management, and/or customer success in the ad tech/mar tech/digital media/marketing/advertising space
  • Experience managing contract renewals, negotiations, upsells, and amendments
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance and retention goals
  • Ability to collaborate effectively or lead cross-functional teams
  • Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills
  • Experience with Salesforce, MS PowerPoint and Excel, Google Workspace, and Business Intelligence tools
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
Responsibilities
  • Manage end to end client relationships with key accounts
  • Retain and expand customer relationships, including contract renewals and amendments
  • Identify opportunities for increased adoption of products and close additional revenue from strategic customers
  • Be the champion and advocate for the customer at IAS
  • Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations
  • Share voice of customer and communicate customer desired business objectives to IAS leadership
  • Drive impactful meetings, adoption, and overall value for the customer
  • Develop executable territory and account plans to grow the business
  • Demonstrate product features to help customers achieve specific business results
  • Track and manage customer relationship health
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals
  • Lead cross-functional projects and contribute as a subject matter expert
