Requirements
  • Manage procurement activities across 5–6 active core projects, ensuring alignment with project schedules and budgets
  • Review engineering drawings, bill of materials, and project specifications to determine material and service requirements
  • Source and purchase materials including conveyor components, mechanical assemblies, structural steel, motors, drives, bearings, belts, rollers, controls, and fabricated parts
  • Issue and manage purchase orders and subcontracts for core project scopes
  • Analyze supplier quotations and negotiate pricing, lead times, and terms to meet project goals
  • Coordinate freight and logistics for core projects, working with third-party logistics partners to ensure on-time delivery
  • Track orders, expedite critical materials, and proactively mitigate supply chain risks
  • Monitor and track project budgets, supporting cost control and budget comparisons
  • Manage onsite rentals and ensure proper utilization and off-renting of equipment
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and vendors to resolve supply or scope changes
  • Maintain accurate procurement records within enterprise resource planning and material requirements planning systems
  • Support supplier performance tracking and ongoing relationship development
