Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in brand management, product development, product management, or a related consumer products field.
  • 1+ year of experience managing or leading a team, with demonstrated ability to coach, prioritize work, and drive results through others.
  • Strong understanding of product development processes and lifecycle, including cross-functional collaboration from concept through commercialization.
  • Experience within licensing, consumer products, or branded entertainment environments.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while maintaining high standards for quality and follow-through.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Demonstrated professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 5% of the time.
  • Project management experience and/or implementation of project management tools is a plus.
  • Additional language skills is a plus.
  • Interest in home goods, fashion, apparel, and/or entertainment‑driven brands (e.g., animation, video games, trading card games) is a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Lead brand governance and execution for licensed products within the home goods, fashion, and apparel categories, ensuring brand integrity, quality, and consistency from concept through commercialization.
  • Manage, coach, and develop the Brand Services team, providing direction, prioritization, and performance management to support efficient operations and strong outcomes.
  • Partner with internal teams and external licensees to guide product development, review and approve submissions, and ensure alignment with established brand requirements and timelines.
  • Oversee multiple projects and licensee relationships within an assigned portfolio, identifying risks, resolving issues, and escalating concerns as needed.
  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines, tools, and training materials to support successful product launches and ongoing brand execution.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally to support product planning, assess market and competitive insights, and incorporate customer feedback into existing and future products.
