Pulley provides a cloud-based software platform that streamlines real estate permitting. It helps developers plan and map the entire permitting journey for projects such as mixed-use developments and residential builds, monitor city review times, and submit applications to city reviewers with a single click. The platform supports team collaboration, ensuring applications are prepared correctly the first time, tracking revisions, and sending notifications about review status changes. Users pay a subscription to access Pulley’s suite of tools, which serves as a single source of truth for all project information. Pulley’s goal is to reduce delays, minimize missed deadlines, and speed up approvals in the permitting process.
