Requirements
  • Experience working in a customer-facing role (bonus if the customer was an enterprise company)
  • Validated data, research and problem-solving skills, comfort with ambiguity, with the ability to synthesize information and communicate insights effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal presentation skills – you will be expected to present to clients or leadership
  • Outstanding organizational skills, deadline-driven, ability to multitask, with a high attention to detail and the project management ability to keep track of both the high-level progress and the small details
  • A team-oriented mindset, but highly independent, thriving in an environment that’s collaborative across levels and celebrates change
  • Motivation to work hard and a plan for how you can refresh/recharge while working in a startup
Responsibilities
  • Assist and/or lead in the execution of key work streams, collaborating cross-functionally and with clients to solve member problems, help increase employer satisfaction, and expand the strategic value our employers get out of the program
  • Provide member support in conjunction with Guild’s Member Services teams for escalated issues that require employer input or deeper problem solving, to support students in accessing their employer benefit
  • Deliver ongoing reporting to our partners by collaborating with Guild’s Employer Analytics team to analyze program utilization, assess impact against employer strategic priorities, and distill research into useful and compelling recommendations for improvement
  • Build strong relationships with our employer partners and leverage critical program moments to build excitement for the program
  • Create and present compelling narratives and visuals while bringing Guild’s insights and strategic initiative ideas to life
  • Collaborate with Guild’s Product teams to roll out new features to your set of Employer Partners and provide ongoing feedback based on member experience
