About the job
- A relevant higher professional education (HBO) qualification.
- At least three years of relevant work experience in process industry or industry.
- Experience with quality management systems, audits, deviation management, and corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).
- Experience with change control, risk analyses, and continuous improvement programs.
- Experience with trend analyses and quality key performance indicators.
- Knowledge of or experience with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and FSSC 22000.
- Experience with a document management system; Manual Master is preferred.
- A self-directed working style, ownership, and a pragmatic approach.
- Good communication skills in both Dutch and English.
- Advise the organization based on data and process analyses to continuously improve quality performance.
- Maintain and optimize the quality management system.
- Coordinate and prepare the annual management review.
- Initiate, guide, and follow up on internal and external audits.
- Manage deviations, complaints, corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs), and improvement actions.
- Assess and manage changes and conduct risk analyses.
- Conduct trend analyses and translate findings into improvement measures.
- Identify quality risks and proactively initiate improvements.
- Work closely with Quality Control (QC) to assess analysis results, deviations, quality risks, and improvement initiatives.
- Serve as a sounding board for QC and Operations on quality matters, compliance, and continuous improvement.
- Support supplier qualification and monitor supplier performance.
- Support process, system, and method validation and verification activities.
- Manage quality documentation in Manual Master.
- Support improvement projects within the organization.
- Deliver quality training and contribute to quality awareness across the organization.
- Release products in accordance with GMP, FSSC 22000, and ISO 9001 requirements.
- Experience using Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
- Knowledge of validation and qualification processes.
- Experience with root cause analysis methods such as 5 Whys or Fishbone.
