Product Marketing Manager

- Have 4–7 years of experience in product marketing or related roles, ideally in SaaS, enterprise software, or legal technology.
- Be able to craft clear, persuasive messaging from complex ideas.
- Have a proven track record leading cross-functional initiatives with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
- Have an analytical mindset and experience leveraging data to guide decision-making.
- Have excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- Be comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Develop differentiated messaging and value propositions for buyer personas and market segments.
- Lead product launches, campaigns, and feature rollouts to drive awareness, adoption, and revenue impact.
- Conduct research on industry trends, customer needs, and competitors to inform strategy and maintain Fulcrum GT's thought leadership.
- Create sales tools, pitch decks, battlecards, and case studies to equip Sales with compelling narratives.
- Partner with Marketing to deliver product-driven content, including whitepapers, webinars, blogs, and customer stories.
- Collaborate with Customer Success to highlight client outcomes and success stories that strengthen brand credibility.
- Track adoption, campaign performance, and market feedback to continuously optimize go-to-market efforts.
- Experience in legal, professional services, or compliance industries.
- Background in content strategy, demand generation, or sales enablement.
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Marketo.
