Clearsulting earns national recognition as one of Fortune Best Workplaces in Consulting & Professional Services.

Clearsulting earns national recognition as one of Fortune Best Workplaces in Consulting & Professional Services. September 30, 2026 This recognition reflects Clearsulting's culture built to challenge people, accelerate careers, and give employees a hand in shaping what's next. Clearsulting, a global digital finance consulting firm that drives enterprise transformation by connecting technology, processes, and people, today announced that it has been named to the 2026 Fortune Best Workplaces in Consulting & Professional Services(TM) list, ranking No. 47 in the Small and Medium category. This marks Clearsulting's fourth time earning a place on the prestigious list. Fortune partnered with global people analytics firm Great Place To Work(R) to determine this year's list, analyzing survey feedback from 125,000 U.S. employees across the consulting and professional services industry. The recognition reflects employees' experiences at their organizations, including trust in leadership, connection with colleagues, opportunities to contribute, and support for their professional and personal well-being. At Clearsulting, this translates to a culture where people are encouraged to speak up, trusted to take ownership, and empowered to see the difference their work can make for clients, colleagues, and the firm. "The best firms are built by people who feel trusted to take ownership and empowered to make a difference," said Marc Ursick, Chief Executive Officer of Clearsulting. "That's the culture we've worked hard to create at Clearsulting. This recognition means a lot because it reflects what our people experience every day, including the opportunity to challenge themselves, support one another, and have a real hand in what we're building together." Since founding Clearsulting in 2015, Ursick has emphasized that culture and performance go hand in hand. The firm's core values - GRIT, Growth Mindset, Joy, Accountability, and Teamwork - guide how its people show up for clients and one another. As Clearsulting has expanded globally, those values have remained at the center of the firm to create an environment where people can bring forward ideas, take on meaningful challenges, and know their contribution matters. Creating that environment also means continuing to listen and evolve. Clearsulting invests in opportunities for its people to build new skills, stretch beyond what they thought possible, and play an active role in where the firm goes next. "People do their best work when they feel heard, supported, and trusted to make an impact," said Jessica Hardy, Head of People Strategy at Clearsulting. "We want every person here to know their voice matters and that they have the opportunity to shape their career, strengthen their teams, and make a meaningful difference. That sense of empowerment and connection is what we want the Clearsulting experience to be." The Fortune recognition adds to a strong year for Clearsulting's people and culture, including its fifth consecutive Great Place To Work(R) Certification(TM), a second consecutive Sunday Times Best Places to Work honor in EMEA, and Consulting Magazine's 2026 Top Consultant recognition for Josh Clark, Head of North America Markets. Together, the honors point to something bigger than recognition: a workplace where people have the opportunity to build impactful careers and make their mark. That opportunity is at the heart of Clearsulting's recently elevated careers experience, which gives candidates a direct look at what it means to build a career at the firm - both the opportunities and the expectations. Clearsulting is looking for consultants, builders, operators, advisors, and problem-solvers who want to challenge themselves, do the work that matters, and help build the future of the firm. Seven years running: Clearsulting named to the 2026 Inc. 5000.

Seven years running: Clearsulting named to the 2026 Inc. 5000. August 11, 2026 This national recognition reflects Clearsulting's growing leadership in finance transformation, built on client trust, deep expertise, and continued investment in its people. Clearsulting, a global digital finance consulting firm that drives enterprise transformation by connecting technology, processes, and people, today celebrated that it has been named to the Inc. 5000 for the seventh consecutive year, ranking No. 3,977 nationally. Published annually, the Inc. 5000 is one of the nation's most prestigious rankings of independent and entrepreneurial businesses. The list recognizes companies that have achieved remarkable growth while driving innovation, creating jobs, and helping shape the future of the U.S. economy. Companies on the 2026 list posted a median three-year revenue growth rate of 130% and collectively added more than 627,000 jobs to the U.S. economy over the same period. Clearsulting first appeared on the list in 2020 and has earned a place every year since. That consistency reflects the sustained performance clients look for when choosing a partner for complex, multi-year transformation programs. "Seven years on the Inc. 5000 reflects the trust our clients place in our people," said Marc Ursick, Chief Executive Officer of Clearsulting. "We have not pursued scale for its own sake. Our momentum comes from earning long-term partnerships, listening closely, bringing the right expertise to difficult problems, and staying accountable for the outcome. I'm proud that our team continues to raise the bar without losing the care, ownership, and value that shaped Clearsulting from the start." Clearsulting helps CFOs and finance leaders transform operations across the Office of the CFO by bringing people, processes, technology, data, and controls together in a connected finance ecosystem. Its teams combine deep functional knowledge, technical expertise, and hands-on execution, working side by side with clients to solve complex challenges and design solutions that deliver in practice, not just in strategy. This approach helps organizations improve operations, strengthen confidence in finance data and reporting, and achieve measurable business outcomes. As Clearsulting has expanded, so has its ability to support larger, more complex transformation programs across regions, finance functions, and technology platforms. The firm has continued to deepen its specialized capabilities and technology partnerships, giving clients access to broader expertise and greater delivery capacity while preserving the responsive, collaborative model at the center of its work. The Inc. 5000 honor is one of several external validations Clearsulting has received in 2026. The firm was named Kyriba North America Partner of the Year for the second consecutive year, received Coupa's New Breakout Partner of the Year Americas award, and earned a second consecutive place on The Sunday Times Best Places to Work. Together, these honors point to a firm growing across markets and capabilities while maintaining high standards for client delivery and employee experience.

Clearsulting's Josh Clark named 2026 Top Consultant by Consulting Magazine.

Clearsulting's Josh Clark named 2026 Top Consultant by Consulting Magazine. June 26, 2026 This recognition reflects the firm's growing momentum and leadership as a trusted advisor and technology partner driving end-to-end finance transformation. Clearsulting, a global digital finance consulting firm that drives enterprise transformation by connecting technology, processes, and people, today celebrated that Josh Clark, Head of North America Markets, has been named a 2026 Top Consultant by Consulting Magazine. The magazine recognized this year's Top Consultants honorees at an awards ceremony in New York on June 25. Established in 2000, the program recognizes leaders shaping the future of consulting through innovation, leadership, and measurable client impact. Among the 90 honorees recognized this year, Clark was named in the Technology and Digital Consulting category for his ability to lead complex, end-to-end finance transformation initiatives that deliver measurable business outcomes. "I'm incredibly honored to be recognized this year alongside such an accomplished group of consultants," said Clark. "The work I'm proudest of has always started with a simple question: what does the client actually need? Not what's trending, not what worked with the last client, but what will genuinely make a difference for them. This recognition reflects that approach, and more importantly, it reflects our teams who do the hard work of making change happen." Clark's recognition is driven by his impact across clients and the business. Under his leadership, Clearsulting's Canadian region has grown revenue by more than 500%, expanding its presence across key industries including energy, retail, and technology. He has led implementations for more than 30 organizations, delivering results such as faster close cycles, double-digit gains in forecast accuracy, and millions in working capital improvements while strengthening client relationships and driving sustained regional growth. Clark's approach starts with clearly defining objectives and designing solutions tailored to their specific environment, not replicating what was done elsewhere. This focus on practical, adoptable outcomes has been central to support Clearsulting's clients in achieving their goals. "Josh's recognition reflects the impact he has across our people, our clients and our firm," said David Courtade, President of North America at Clearsulting. "He brings together deep expertise, strong leadership, and a relentless focus on execution, consistently delivering results that matter. More importantly, he operates with care and integrity, building trust with those he works with." Clearsulting helps CFOs and finance leaders transform operations across the Office of the CFO by connecting people, processes, technology, data, and controls into a unified finance ecosystem. With deep expertise across every function of finance, the firm goes beyond traditional siloed consulting models to deliver transformation that works in practice and not just in strategy. By working side-by-side with clients, Clearsulting designs and implements scalable solutions that improve operations, strengthen confidence in finance data, and drive meaningful business impact. Clark's recognition comes during a period of strong momentum for Clearsulting. The firm was recently named Kyriba North America Partner of the Year for the second consecutive year and received Coupa's Breakout Partner of the Year - Americas award, underscoring its strength in delivering technology-enabled transformation. Clearsulting was also named BlackLine Partner of the Year in North America for the sixth consecutive year and Partner of the Year in EMEA, further reinforcing its global leadership in finance transformation. Additionally, the firm was honored in May as one of The Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2026 for its commitment to building a high-performing, people-first culture.
