Requirements
  • At least 15 years of progressive HR experience, with 8 years in a leadership role overseeing HR Business Partners
  • SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification preferred
  • Extensive experience in high-growth, technology-focused environments, preferably in global companies
  • Proven track record in a public technology company, supporting a large-scale, global workforce
  • Demonstrated capability to lead strategically, drive performance, and implement effective HR initiatives including programs that drive talent management and retention
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working collaboratively with senior leadership and across functional teams
Responsibilities
  • Partner with the Chief People Officer and executive leadership to define and implement HR strategies that align with Klaviyo’s vision and business goals
  • Lead and develop the HR Business Partner team, promoting a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and exceptional stakeholder service
  • Drive strategic workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning initiatives to ensure Klaviyo attracts, develops, and retains top talent
  • Utilize data to derive insights on people trends to recommend, implement, and manage projects and programs, enhance organizational effectiveness through leading change management initiatives and fostering a culture of innovation and agility
  • Implement learning and development programs that align with the needs of the business and promote career growth for employees at all levels
  • Advocate for and integrate Klaviyo’s core values and EDI initiatives throughout all HR practices and policies
  • Ensure operational excellence in all aspects of people management, including compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
