Requirements
  • 2–5 years of software engineering experience building production systems.
  • Strong programming experience with Python or TypeScript.
  • Familiarity with AWS cloud services and API-driven applications.
  • Experience working with LLM APIs or AI frameworks.
  • Exposure to agent frameworks such as LangGraph or similar orchestration tools.
  • Familiarity with Amazon Bedrock or other LLM platforms.
  • Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Codex, Cursor, or Claude Code.
Responsibilities
  • Design and build agent-based workflows that automate internal processes across ticketing, partnerships, HR, digital products, and venue operations.
  • Develop agent orchestration patterns using LangGraph and Amazon Bedrock.
  • Build integrations with Salesforce, internal APIs, analytics dashboards, and operational data platforms.
  • Implement reliable tool-calling patterns that allow agents to safely execute operational tasks.
  • Build CodeAI agents that support engineering workflows including code generation, test creation, documentation, debugging, and pull request analysis.
  • Work with AI-assisted developer tools including Codex, Cursor, Claude Code, and Claude Code agents.
  • Contribute to internal AI-assisted development pipelines and guardrails for vibe coding.
  • Participate in deployment, monitoring, and incident response for AI systems.
  • Improve agent reliability through evaluation pipelines, observability metrics, and tool-call success monitoring.
  • Collaborate with the LLMOps Engineer to ensure workflows meet operational reliability standards.
