Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in global benefits in an evolving and high growth environment (US experience strongly preferred)
  • Depth and breadth of experience in global benefit including administration, compliance, communication, and financials
  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to maintain effective working relationships with internal and external partners
  • High proficiency in benefits-related systems. Experience in Workday, Google Suite, Confluence a plus!
Responsibilities
  • Own the benefits employee experience by managing the benefits ticketing system and serving as a point of contact for employees through onboarding, offboarding, and other major employee milestones
  • Own various benefit programs including our annual US Open Enrollment, global renewal operations, and new benefit implementations
  • Manage full end-to-end ownership of leave of absences, accommodations, time off, life, and disability
  • Manage full end-to-end ownership of all retirement and financial wellbeing programs
  • Maintain all ongoing benefits compliance responsibilities, filings, audits, postings, and reporting (ERISA, ACA, SPD, SBC, HCSO, COBRA, HIPAA, SAR)
  • Act as a benefits subject matter expert supporting business needs through the employee lifecycle
  • Serve as a trusted partner and collaborate with key global stakeholders (Legal, HRBPs, People Operations, People Technology, Finance) to ensure smooth and consistent processes
