  • Manage booking confirmations & contracts for talent, crew, and support crew
  • Coordinate travel for internal and external teams
  • Develop and distribute call sheets for all creative projects
  • Ensure studios are clean and organized, stock production kit supplies
  • Assist producers with in-office operations for creative shoots
  • Coordinate and oversee Production Assistants on set
  • Maintain relationships with agencies, vendors, and external partners
  • Obtain and file contracts, talent releases, and crew paperwork
  • Handle billing and invoice processing
  • Update and maintain budgets sheets accurately
