Responsibilities
  • As part of the Information Technology organization, and deployed in an you will act as an IT Specialist for a novel type of aircraft development targeting the autonomous UAM market.
  • You will take part in a broad scope of IT responsibilities. This spans from:
  • Collaboration in Front-End Support and Operations to achieve resolution for users via Service Desk
  • Participate in Cloud IT functions to maintain, implement, and scale Cloud Apps for seamless user functionality
  • Support projects for automating Identity and Access Management, Provisioning, Log Monitoring, and more
  • You will help support problem solving activities for new software requests, development product releases, patch management, and support.
  • You will take part in:
  • Supporting IT Operations by resolving technical issues for Wisk’s multi-office network
  • Resolve Priority Escalations and Requests Tasks via Service Desk
  • Learn and grow Atlassian Operations and Administration
  • Learn and grow Okta Process and Procedure
  • Overhauling self-service process via automations and standardized operating procedures
