- The role collects and records received examination subjects.
- The role verifies information concerning examination arrangements.
- The role proofreads and ensures the formatting of examination subjects in collaboration with program assistants.
- The role prepares examination documents for the printer.
- The role ensures that examination and resit schedules are made available by the planning department.
- The role prepares examination envelopes.
- The role participates in archive management.
- The role contributes to organizing and conducting sessions in which students review their examination papers.
- The role retrieves and enters examination grades.
- The role follows up with instructors to obtain examination or resit grades when necessary.
- The role checks the entry of continuous-assessment grades.
- The role participates in preparing and organizing academic juries.
- The role participates in organizing preliminary meetings with business units.
- The role participates in quality control of report cards and makes corrections when necessary.
- The role participates in preparing and organizing graduation juries.
- The role works 39 hours per week.
- Knowledge of the higher-education and work-study sectors is a plus.
