Responsibilities
  • Make outbound dials to existing merchants for upselling
  • Establish goals and key performance indicators for current partners
  • Advise business owners on promotions and spending
  • Communicate with merchants to monitor progress
  • Deliver quarterly business reviews
  • Reduce churn and support new store expansions
  • Collaborate with internal growth teams to pitch products
  • Ability to travel for in-person collaboration
