  • Hands-on experience in FATP, electronics or precision assembly, NPI builds, production ramp-up, and high-volume manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of production planning and control, capacity and manpower planning, line balancing, standard work, Lean manufacturing, OEE, UPH, FPY/yield, ESD, traceability, change control, and structured problem solving such as 8D, DMAIC, and 5-Why.

Responsibilities

  • Plan capacity, shifts, and direct labor according to demand and standard time; identify bottlenecks and lead line balancing, multi-skilling, productivity, and layout improvements to support flexible output.
  • Control production operating expenses, overtime, consumables, scrap, and rework losses; prepare production budget inputs and deliver approved cost-reduction and productivity initiatives.
  • Maintain production governance and compliance with EHS, quality-system, information-security, and company requirements; support audits, customer visits, business continuity, and emergency response.
  • Build a transparent, accountable, and continuous-improvement culture using Lean, structured problem solving, and data-based decision making.
  • Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Desired Qualifications
