The opportunity

As our new Growth Partnership Manager, you’ll work with top mobile developers while managing and growing a seven-figure book of business. With a combined strength between Unity and ironSource, our Growth Partnership Managers are responsible for distilling vast amounts of data and providing strategic analysis and insights to our clients. What you’ll be doing

• Own product recommendations to our clients across a vast spectrum of the Unity monetization portfolio: Unity Levelplay, Unity network, ironSource network, and Tapjoy Offerwall.
• Maximize business opportunities and achieve revenue targets by establishing and maintaining strong relationships with your clients as well as preparing and submitting value-based proposals to grow the partnerships.
• Gain a deep understanding of the product, enabling you to project manage all troubleshooting efforts and integrations with the Technical Team to ensure issues and integrations are communicated, resolved and completed in a timely manner.
• Review and optimize partnership integrations; analyze performance and make strategic improvements that will increase the success of your client’s business goals and expectations.

What we’re looking for

• Strong desire to be part of an innovative and growth-oriented team and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to collaborate successfully with partners and cross-functional teams, as well as outstanding interpersonal, verbal, written, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (i.e. pivot tables, conditional formatting, VLOOKUP, and various formulas), as we are constantly striving for cutting-edge strategies that lead the mobile industry to new heights!
• Ability to multitask, prioritize your workload, and handle details accurately while keeping the big picture in mind, which will help you succeed.
• Self-motivated and phenomenal teammate with a can-do attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond to lead your professional growth to new heights.

You might also have

• Motivation and history of growing accounts and an understanding of how to achieve quarterly revenue targets.
• Previous experience in the mobile AdTech industry or with a Mobile App Publisher.
• Passion or enthusiasm for the gaming or ad-tech industry.
