ProSidian Seeks a Licensed Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) | Legal Surveying & Boundary Certification [PCBOCC0033032] for Program Support on a Exempt 1099 Contract: No Overtime Pay Basis Technical Element located CONUS - Pasco County Across The South East  Region supporting Pasco County in enhancing performance, resilience, and sustainability of its water, wastewater, and reclaimed water systems through comprehensive engineering, planning, environmental, and digital transformation services..

Seeking Licensed Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) candidates with relevant Energy, Sustainability & Infrastructure Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Energy, Sustainability & Infrastructure Sector Clients such as PCBOCC.  This as a Technical Element or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Legal Surveying & Boundary Certification Functional Area Professional - Surveying Position; however, ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position.

JOB OVERVIEW

Provide services and support as a Surveying (Licensed Professional Land Surveyor (PLS)) in the Energy, Sustainability & Infrastructure Industry Sector focusing on Environmental Services Solutions for clients such as Pasco County Board of County Commissioners (PCBOCC) | Pasco County Utilities Generally Located In CONUS - Pasco County and across the South East  Region (Of Country/World).

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - Licensed Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) | Legal Surveying & Boundary Certification [PCBOCC0033032]

• Lead and certify legal boundary, topographic, and easement surveys supporting PCU projects.; Oversee field crews, ensure regulatory compliance, and validate deliverables including plats and legal descriptions.; Coordinate SUE, as-builts, and data submission to GIS and project management platforms.

Qualifications

Desired Qualifications For Licensed Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) | Legal Surveying & Boundary Certification [PCBOCC0033032] (PCBOCC0033032) Candidates:

• Licensed Professional Surveyor (PLS) in the state of Florida.

Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Surveying, Geomatics, or related field; 7+ years in utility or infrastructure surveying.

Skills Required

• AutoCAD Civil 3D, GPS/GNSS, legal document preparation, QA/QC of survey data.

Competencies Required

• Legal accuracy, leadership, quality control, regulatory knowledge.

Ancillary Details Of The Roles

• Review and certify SUE and ROW documents for easement negotiations.
• Mentor junior survey staff and ensure standardization of procedures.

Other Details

• Supports infrastructure design, land acquisition, and CIP compliance documentation.
