Maintenance Technician

About the job
- Training in industrial equipment maintenance, public-works machinery maintenance, or agricultural machinery maintenance.
- Successful experience in a similar environment.
- Availability for occasional regional travel.
- Ability to provide customer service and work as part of a team.
- Maintain and repair rental equipment, including material-handling trucks and aerial work platforms, primarily at customer worksites and occasionally in the workshop.
- Receive breakdown requests from the hotline service.
- Diagnose and repair electrical, hydraulic, engine, and transmission failures.
- Present customers with possible alternatives for restoring their equipment quickly and safely.
- Write and update intervention reports using a dedicated phone.
- Manage and check the spare-parts stock in the service van.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, quality, and safety requirements in accordance with group standards.
- Use manufacturer documentation and the workshop manager's expertise to support maintenance activities.
