  • 6+ years of relevant design and art direction experience for technical and product-driven companies
  • Experience working on a variety of brand projects that exemplify expertise in designing brand systems, art direction, identity and/or iconography design
  • Strong track record independently delivering work as well as influencing the work of other designers, contractors, and agencies
  • A strong strategic acumen for building leading brands in a fast paced, global facing environment
  • Proficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, Keynote, and Microsoft Office products
  • Communicate the value and functionality of Stripe in design, icons, typography, color, and illustration
  • Create and manage asset libraries for reusable, systematic design
  • Help shape the strategic vision and goals for the Brand design team
  • Strategize and design for high-profile in product marketing campaigns and presentations
  • Partner with product and website teams to define the visual design strategy for various branded surfaces and work with other leads and cross-functional partners to drive consensus across teams
  • Give and solicit feedback from designers and cross-disciplinary partners
  • Work cross-functionally to define, design and deliver templates and collateral for our marketing, sales, and support teams
  • Work with regional partner teams to improve our visual design quality in local markets
