Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project delivery using the SoftwareOne Project Delivery Framework (pmONE), ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, budget, and quality.
Drive Digital Workplace and Security initiatives, including Microsoft 365, Endpoint Management, Identity and Access, and Zero Trust.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Account Managers, BDEs, Architects, and Consultants, to ensure seamless delivery execution.
Manage client engagement through regular status updates, governance meetings, and clear communication.
Monitor risks, dependencies, and financials, escalating issues in a timely manner and maintaining delivery performance.
Support presales and continuous improvement through delivery insights, solution input, and best-practice contributions.

As a Project Manager at SoftwareOne Hong Kong, you will take the end-to-end ownership of delivering Digital Workplace and Security transformation projects for enterprise clients. You are accountable for ensuring projects are delivered in line with agreed scope, timelines, milestones, budget and quality standards, while maintaining strong governance, transparency, and delivery discipline throughout the project lifecycle.

You will lead project delivery using the SoftwareOne Project Delivery Framework (pmONE), collaborating with cross‑functional teams to translate requirements into clear plans and deliver secure, modern workplace solutions.

Experience in consulting environments with hands-on use of project/tools like MS Project, Jira, ServiceNow, or similar platforms.
