About the job
- Be punctual, exemplary, rigorous, dynamic, and versatile, and be comfortable using machines and computer tools.
- Have the ability to analyze issues and solve problems.
- Respect rules for the safety of people and property, as well as sanitary safety rules.
- Operate a production line and coordinate its staff, including break rotations and supporting and training current employees and new arrivals.
- Supervise the work area under the team leader and/or line manager.
- Follow the production schedule.
- Ensure production standards are followed, including pace, quality checks, FIFO, and supplier containers.
- Ensure hygiene and safety rules are followed.
- Perform first-level maintenance.
- Analyze malfunctions and propose improvement solutions.
- Use production management software (GPAO).
- Monitor audits in the work area.
- Monitor category 3 items and seek solutions to reduce the rate.
- Return equipment to its designated storage locations.
