Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding service and relevant solutions to members, promoting AMA products and services that meet their needs.
  • Support call flow for general registries, corporate registries, and road tests.
  • Complete registry, membership, and service transactions accurately, confidentially, and in a timely manner.
  • Assess Alberta Health and Wellness applications with accuracy and care.
  • Stay up to date on policies, procedures, and system updates to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Represent AMA with professionalism, empathy, and a commitment to helping every member.
Desired Qualifications
  • General Registry Skills Certification (Basic).
  • Commissioner for Oaths certification for registry-related business.
  • Marriage Licence Commissioner certification.
  • Alberta Health and Wellness certification.
  • Corporate Registry Certification.
