Requirements
  • Hold a Bac+5 higher-education qualification, such as a Master's degree in banking or financial law, compliance, or an equivalent business-school qualification.
  • Have 6 to 8 years of experience managing regulatory projects, KYC compliance, or data governance within an international financial institution.
  • Master international legal and regulatory frameworks concerning banking secrecy, cross-border data sharing, and KYC/AML compliance.
  • Know the customer-lifecycle-management ecosystem and market KYC repositories, with experience with Fenergo considered a strong advantage.
  • Have solid project-management methodology covering milestone tracking, reporting, risk management, and arbitration.
  • Be fluent in spoken and written English for leading meetings and communicating daily with international subsidiaries.
Responsibilities
  • Update and develop existing data-sharing analyses so they apply across all applications and processes in the KYC ecosystem.
  • Use the central legal framework to coordinate and facilitate validation of data-sharing principles with local legal departments of country subsidiaries.
  • Lead discussions with international stakeholders across Legal, Compliance, and business teams, and formally collect approvals from the different geographic areas.
  • Support the removal of jurisdictional restrictions in the application estate, including Fenergo and KYC repositories, through systematic sharing or collection of client consent.
  • Manage operational progress in project mode against the global roadmap, consolidate results, and escalate matters requiring management arbitration.
