Requirements
  • A master's degree in social work, counseling, or a related program in psychology is required.
  • State licensure in social work or counseling is required.
Responsibilities
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy for clients and their family members, as applicable.
  • Provide life-skills coaching off-site in the community and in clients’ apartments as clinically indicated.
  • Conduct Bio-Psycho-Social Assessments and comprehensive intakes of prospective clients.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date charts in compliance with the expectations and standards outlined in the Policy and Procedure manual.
  • Participate in weekly supervision, group supervision, and co-facilitator supervision as indicated by the direct supervisor.
  • Complete at least 25 hours of clinical work per week.
  • Participate in the weekly on-call coverage system on a rotating basis, up to four times per year.
  • Work up to two evenings per week.
Desired Qualifications
  • At least 1–3 years of related experience in a clinical setting with adolescents or young adults is ideal.
